Clear roles. Clear boundaries.
Terms & Conditions
The terms that govern use of The Life Equity Group website, its educational resources, and its connected policy marketplace.
These Terms apply to thelifeequitygroup.com and Life Equity-controlled pages and links. The policy marketplace also has marketplace-specific terms and disclosures. By using these services, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
Education and professional access
The Life Equity Group LLC provides general education, community, and coordination of requested introductions. Content is not personalized investment, tax, legal, insurance, accounting, life-settlement, or other professional advice, and it is not a recommendation, offer to sell, or solicitation to buy any policy, security, investment, product, or service.
Life Equity is not acting through this site as a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, insurer, life-settlement broker, tax adviser, law firm, or accounting firm. Appropriately licensed or registered independent professionals remain responsible for advice, eligibility, suitability, disclosures, documentation, and any transaction.
Marketplace boundaries
Marketplace listings and scenario estimates are supplied by Life Policy Market and may change, contain errors, or become unavailable. Estimated ROI is illustrative, not guaranteed, and not annualized unless LPM expressly states otherwise. Longevity, premiums, fees, costs, policy performance, timing, availability, and transaction terms can materially change actual outcomes.
Browsing, selecting, comparing, adding a case to the Portfolio Builder, or booking a meeting does not hold, reserve, purchase, fund, transfer, or create an interest in a policy. Every listing remains a separate whole policy. No pooled or fractional investment is created.
Independent providers and relationships
Independent professionals and third-party providers are responsible for their own services, licensing, agreements, fees, privacy practices, and decisions. Inclusion does not establish an agency, advisory, fiduciary, client, referral, or transaction relationship and is not an endorsement of suitability or a guarantee.
Some partners may pay Life Equity a fixed marketing, brand-placement, sponsorship, or educational-program fee. Any such relationship will be disclosed near the related partner description. Fees are not based on leads, introductions, purchases, transactions, investment size, assets under management, policy value, premium, performance, or results.
Acceptable use
You may use the services for lawful personal or professional education. You may not:
- Bypass, disable, or interfere with access gates, security controls, or rate limits.
- Use bots, scraping tools, bulk extraction, or other automated access without written permission.
- Identify, re-identify, locate, or contact an insured or policy owner, or combine case information with outside datasets for those purposes.
- Probe, overload, disrupt, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Misrepresent your identity, authority, affiliation, or the source of content.
- Copy, republish, resell, or present Life Equity or third-party content as your own.
- Use the services in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.
Intellectual property
The site design, text, graphics, software, and Life Equity names and marks are owned by or licensed to The Life Equity Group LLC and protected by applicable law. Third-party names, listing data, and materials remain the property of their respective owners. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable right to use the services as described here.
Third-party services and links
Links may lead to services operated by Squarespace, Cloudflare, OpenAI Sites, Calendly, Airtable, Life Policy Market, independent professionals, or others. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Life Equity does not control and is not responsible for a third party’s systems, availability, content, advice, or decisions.
Jurisdiction and availability
The services are offered from Florida for general educational use. Financial-services, insurance, life-settlement, privacy, and consumer-protection requirements vary by jurisdiction. Content is not a statement that a service or transaction is available or lawful for a particular person or location. Authorized professionals must confirm applicable requirements before any regulated or transaction step.
Availability and changes
We may correct, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the services. We may update these Terms by posting the revised version and effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, investment outcome, or transaction result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Life Equity will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the services. These Terms do not limit rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
General terms
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. These Terms, together with incorporated notices and marketplace-specific terms where applicable, are the entire agreement about use of these services. Applicable law and non-waivable consumer protections continue to apply.
